On October 26, 2023, the Autumn Yaji Bay Area Design Advocate Salon was successfully held in Shenzhen Bay Park, Shenzhen City. The event was sponsored by Shenzhen Media Building Industry Association, Interior Design Branch of Architectural Society of China as the academic guidance unit, and co-organized by Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts Shenzhen Alumni Association. The salon activities totaled more than 60 people, which gathered leaders of Shenzhen Public Works Department, internationally renowned architectural design agencies, Shenzhen well-known social groups, Shenzhen well-known interior design agencies, offices, artists and other multi-industry management elites. The event kicked off around the exchange of three generations of designers: "old, middle and young". Zhang Zhiyang was honored to be invited as the keynote speaker of this sharing event.

Zhang Zhiyang starts from his childhood growth experience, which is closely related to his current career in the design industry. "Education without bondage, education of nature, without the edge of a beacon, the vacancy of authority and order." Mr. Zhang Zhiyang's design philosophy has been through the integration of nature into the design, advocating "education under the tree" and "education in the field", he believes that the best quality education comes from nature.
