Established in 2007, Ingame office firmly chose Shenzhen, a city with abundant energy, as the starting point of entrepreneurship, because it is used to facing all unknowns and possibilities with an open and inclusive attitude. We, a group of curious "outsiders", were deeply attracted by this attitude and felt that we highly identified with this city at the bottom of our genes. After more than ten years of running-in, we accidentally became one of the typical samples. We began to question the elite attitude of academic architecture like a savior; we were also always wary of becoming a tool of capital or ideology.

Shenzhen is also a natural city, with mountains and seas connected to the city, and a tropical city. The gifts of nature are extremely abundant. We gradually realized the meaning of humility: before trying to write and set ideas, we quietly and carefully observe, think, and analyze the nutrition and energy contained in the local natural environment, human history, and functional requirements, learn to graft them, and tap and release the unique potential and charm of each project. We firmly believe that architects should use professional skills and cultivation to complete the blooming of a place/project. Architects are not creators, but more like messengers.
