Wave GardenDongguan citizen center phase III Project

Dongguan Civic Center is located in the core area of Dongguan City, an important node in the construction of "one center, two axes and three nodes" in the urban area. The project is connected to Minben Road to the south, Dongguan Avenue to the east, and Civic Center Road and Zanhua Road to the north. It seamlessly connects Metro Line 1 and Metro Line 2, with obvious advantages in transportation and location. This project has the opportunity to become a new landmark of Dongguan city in the future, a communication center that makes Dongguan proud, a community-style fashion trend that truly attracts the "new generation(hou lang)", a shared commercial space, a harmonious blend of business and landscape, and an ideal of humanity and nature highland, a city's future spiritual coordinates, and a link that weaves the city's commerce in the central area. We hope to create a brand new commercial space with "destination" attributes, subvert our familiar business model, and redefine future commercial pedestrian streets.
