COMMUNITY CLUB Luohu Fisherman Village Party and Mass Service Complex

While retaining the historical sense of the fishermen’s village, we add contemporary elements and integrate them into it in a light-intrusive way. We have preserved the original unfriendly environment and facilities to the greatest extent in our design, so as to provide the residents with the most natural and convenient features. Ideal for living and leisure.
There is such an urban village with special significance in Shenzhen. It is called the starting point of reform and opening up, and it is a witness to the vigorous development of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. And this place with such profound significance, as a residential settlement, is faced with the need to retain its original "texture" in the greatest sense. Based on these backgrounds, combined with the current situation of the fishermen's village, fully understand the living and use needs of the residents, seek truth from facts to improve people's livelihood issues, and through simple and effective design techniques, while retaining the historical sense of the fishermen's village. The way of intervention is integrated into it, and the original unfriendly environment and facilities have been preserved to the greatest extent in our design to provide an ideal place for residents to live and relax.
