The site is located at the intersection of Huangge Road and Park West Road in Longgang District, embedded in the boundary of Longcheng Mountain Park. With superior and scarce resources, respecting the site makes it our goal to design a mountain forest Academy school.
Phase: Exit the stage
The site is high in the north and low in the south. We built a multi-layer platform to naturally bridge the north-south height difference of the original site, which is not only conducive to creating a mountain campus experience, but also to embedding public functions such as restaurants, gymnasiums and lecture halls.
Plastic mountain: Three mountains
A conventional closed campus is not suitable here. Open the east-west border, arrange the primary and secondary school teaching buildings and teachers' dormitories along the north-south border of the site, and shape the north-south main mountain, facing south; In the middle of the campus, a spacious landscaped corridor runs from east to west; The administration building + library is interspersed in the center, creating the visual focus of the campus image.
Tongmai: Five veins
East-west: the primary school connects the entrance to the playground; Shared vein east community entrance, tandem lecture hall, library, gymnasium, sports field and other public shared facilities; Close to the mountains connecting the dormitory, gymnasium, canteen and middle school teaching area, is the exclusive three-dimensional air link between teachers and middle school students. The north-south double veins lead the school into the mountain to realize the symbiosis and sharing of the campus and the mountain forest site.
Gardening: Nine Gardens
Located in the center of the campus, Huiyuan is a courtyard with real earth trees and no basement. Under the ring connecting garden is the shady and cool Lingnan Arcade Street. The shared teaching space along the street, such as music, dance and art, fits the artistic temperament of Huiyuan. The recreation park is forward-looking and the recreation park is small and exquisite; Integrating the main entrance and the community green space, the Rongyuan is a shared garden with parents picking up and hiking citizens. The Mountain Garden, the Morning Garden, and the Thought Garden all bridge the campus and its surroundings in their own way.
In the future, schools should not only teach good students, but also train wild children. The mountains can be introduced into the campus, and the mountains can also become schools, so that vitality and knowledge can fly together, and the school and the mountains can be integrated into the academy to encourage natural exploration.
